A YOGA RETREAT WITH ILANA SMITH
FEBRUARY 27 - MARCH 6, 2010
Respected instructor Ilana Smith returns to Yatra Yoga Internationa to lead her popular retreat, this time on the beautiful shores of the Osa Peninsula. Ilana offers instruction in energizing vinyasa, encouraging students to access movement and breath as they arise from deep within the body. Through this approach to yoga you are invited to cultivate, experience and connect more deeply with your essential nature; that nature which contains the elements of fire, water, earth, and air. Ilana's classes explore and study asana, pranayama, chanting, and yogic philosophy, with two yoga sessions daily: morning, and late afternoon. Students at all levels of practice with one year's class experience are welcome. Retreat includes seven nights accommodations, three healthful meals per day, and classes.
Payment is due in full by December 28, 2009. To reserve your space visit www.yatra-yoga.com or call 888-359-5020.

You are invited to participate in the 3rd annual Costa Rican Yoga Retreat on the beautiful and remote Osa Peninsula.
This year the retreat will be held at the Black Turtle Lodge with Nico and
Maureen as our hosts.
The Black Turtle Lodge is situated on the Gulfo Dulce, which is one of only four tropical fiords in the world. It is home to pods of wild dolphins, the nesting place of sea turtles and the winter waters for the whales. From the lodge, it is possible to see a vast variety of birds including the scarlet macaws, lots of the wildlife highlighted by a resident family of howler monkeys and an assortment of other mammals and amphibians.
The beach is only footsteps away. The waves are usually gentle and inviting. It appeals to nature lovers for it's immense beauty and peacefulness.
Your stay will be in one of the tree house cabinas which are situated 15 feet in the air amongst the tree canopies. Each have a private veranda surrounded by a tropical garden with private outdoor bathroom and shower. The rooms are clean and comfortable and take in breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle. You will be swayed to sleep by the tropical ocean breezes.
